The LHC Group · Myers School of Nursing offers two online nurse practitioner concentrations and Nursing Education through the ICMSN consortium, a PMHNP Post-Master's Certificate, a post-MSN DNP and three paths into the BSN. Does UL Lafayette offer a BSN-to-DNP program?

The 2026-27 catalog lists only a post-MSN DNP curriculum, with cohorts starting each fall. Check with the DNP Coordinator before planning around any other route. See the DNP guide.

Is UL Lafayette's MSN online?

Yes. MSN courses are online, including courses taught at the other ICMSN universities, while clinical hours happen in person in Louisiana. See the ICMSN consortium.

Can I add PMHNP after an FNP?

The PMHNP Post-Master's Certificate is built for that: 20 credits, 510 clinical hours, and a Louisiana APRN license at admission. See the certificate guide.
